We understand that working in the forests or factories is not easy. We ensure their comfort and wellbeing by maintaining high Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management (QHSE) within our workplace. We organize awareness camps, events, and first aid seminars, to educate and inform our employees about safety procedures when working with advanced machines. All workers are provided with suitable PPE, which are changed or upgraded regularly.
We ensure our workers have access to the best quality health services. We are building or supporting hospitals, dispensaries, and primary health centres in our region.
For workers’ social and mental wellbeing, we ensure convenient access to transport, places of worship, sundry shops, schools and other facilities.
We also regularly organize training sessions on workplace safety, awareness, health, education, and skill growth.
All our workers are provided with free housing, electricity and water.
