To mitigate your risk and demonstrate our commitment to customers, we have developed our Low-Risk First Shipment Program.

This trial scheme allows you to personally verify our wood quality, precision packing, documentation accuracy, and lead-time reliability by placing a small first order before entering into a long-term supply agreement. To ensure maximum quality and a smooth logistics experience for your first order, our trial program operates under the following shipment scope:

  • Volume: One 40ft container load.
  • Variety: Limited to one (1) wood species only.
  • Sizing: Choice of 1–2 specific dimensions.
  • Packaging: Standardized export-grade packing.

We allow you to inspect the order and send regular updates regarding the order status.

Third-Party Verification: You’re welcome to conduct inspections through third-party agencies or any accredited third-party inspector of your choice at our yard or during the loading process.

Real-Time Order Status: Our team provides comprehensive photo and video updates at every stage: Pre-loading (stock inspection), During loading (stowage quality), and Post-loading (seal verification).

Payment Terms

We offer multiple standard payment options to provide security and flexibility for both parties during this first-order phase.

Option 1: 60% T/T deposit upfront upon signing the agreement; 40% T/T against a scanned Copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or upon arrival at the unloading port.

Option 2: 50% deposit upfront upon the signing of the agreement; the remaining 50% in USD after the goods arrive at the destination port and upon issuance of the B/L and required shipping documents.

Option 3: 40% deposit upfront upon the signing of the agreement; 50% upon completion of production (verified by photos/videos); 10% issuance of the scanned B/L and other shipping documents.

Option 4: Letter of Credit (L/C). This option is reserved for repeat clients after a successful trial shipment. Terms are negotiable based on volume.

Note: We maintain this structured approach for first-time shipments to protect the interests of both the buyer and the seller. Upon the successful completion of your first order, we are happy to review and customize payment terms for future high-volume orders.

Specification Requirements

To provide an accurate quote and ensure the product meets your exact needs, we require the following details from your side:

  • Species: Full scientific (botanical) name.
  • Moisture Content: Percentage requirements.
  • Tolerance: Precise +/- mm margins.
  • Grading Rules: Your specific grading standards or industry-standard preferences.
  • Packaging Method: Any specific bundling or palletization requirements.

Delivery & Timeline

We take pride in our prompt timelines and consistent communication.

  • Production Phase: 14 – 60 days (depending on species and specification).
  • Loading & Dispatch: 2 business days.
  • Documentation: All original documents are issued and sent within 7 days after the vessel sails.

To ensure smooth handover at the port and compliance with international customs and forestry regulations, we provide the following documents:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • Fumigation Certificate (if required)
  • Additional documentation can be provided upon request.
