AtoZWoodCompany, founded in 2019, is a leading premium timber manufacturer and global exporter, offering hardwoods, softwoods, round logs, and sawn timber. We’re an FSC-certified timber company, committed to sustainable forestry and using eco-friendly, innovative practices for maximum efficiency. With over a decade of industry expertise, we export a wide variety of wood species and products worldwide.
What wood species do you sell?

We process and sell over 30 hardwood and softwood species, including popular varieties like Iroko, Teak, Padauk, Ebony, Pine, Mahogany, and many more. Our major products include round logs, sawn timber, and processed wood products.

How do you source wood?

Most of our timber is harvested from company-owned and responsibly managed forests in Tropical Africa. We use geo-referenced tracking systems to ensure ethical and sustainable harvesting, protecting the environment and natural forest growth.

Do you provide certification with timber?

Yes, we provide all required documents with orders, including phytosanitary certificates, authenticity certificates, invoices, and export permits, ensuring compliance with regional laws and international timber trade regulations.

How much does your wood cost?

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for all wood types and species at AtoZWoodCompany is 1 container. We are currently not accepting orders smaller than 1 containers.

How is your after-service support?

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options, including direct bank transfer, letters of credit (L/C), cheque, and select digital payments, depending on your location and order volume. Payment terms are explicitly discussed during the quotation.

Do you ship to my country?

Well, we ship worldwide—including most countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. So, there is a good chance that we deliver to your country or a nearby port. Contact our team today to check availability at your location.

Is your timber sustainable?

Absolutely. We only deal in responsibly harvested and sourced timber. Most of our timber is grown locally using eco-conscious harvesting methods and replantation practices to promote sustainability and protect forest resources for future generations.

Will this shipment pass EU / customs inspection?


We export only *fully documented timber*, including: Harvest & transport permits,Export license & Certificate of Origin,Species & HS code declaration,EU Due Diligence–ready documentation.

What advance payment options are available for new buyers?

We offer flexible advance payment options for new buyers:

  • Option 1: 60% T/T deposit is required upfront after signing the agreement, with the remaining 40% payable upon scanning the Bill of Lading (B/L) or delivery of the container at the unloading port.
  • Option 2: 50% deposit is required upfront after the agreement is signed by both parties. The remaining 50% must be paid in USD after the goods arrive at the port and once the B/L and other required shipping documents are issued.
Are there alternative or long-term payment options Available?

Yes, we offer additional payment terms for production-based and repeat buyers:

  • Option 3: 40% deposit upfront after signing the agreement, 50% during production (with regular photo and video updates provided), and the remaining 10% payable against the scanned B/L and other required shipping documents.
  • Option 4: Letter of Credit (LC) is available for repeat buyers only. Terms are negotiable based on order history and mutual agreement.
